Sundays 5:30PM - October *NEW* Advanced I Wheel Throwing

$239.00

NEW Advanced 1: Wheel Throwing
5:30–7:00 PM | 4 weeks
October 4, 11, 18, & 25

For students who have completed Intermediate 2 or have equivalent wheel experience.

This course is designed to enable our more practiced potters to enhance their skill level by exploring more advanced forms and techniques. Students will focus on throwing and constructing closed forms and moon jars, while continuing to refine their throwing skills. We’ll also explore the use of trimming chucks to create and finish more complex forms, as well as both wet and dry surface decoration techniques.

All materials are included, though you can bring any of your own tools, towels, bats, etc. you are comfortable with. Wear clothes and shoes that can get messy.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to prep your tools and clay — we’ll walk you through everything in the first class.

Instructor: Lina&Alyssa
